OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Before the summit in Karlstad, we used Facebook, Skype, Twiter and email to communicate with representatives from around the globe. We collected initial ideas of issues regarding young people and media use, and began to plan recommendations to improve global media. During our sessions at the summit, we agreed on six keys global issues. After agreeing on the six global issues, the council developed recommendations and action plans for every country to improve global media. These recommendations have then been presented to representatives from UNICEF, UNESCO, Save The Children and numerous NGOs, worldwide-media and universities from across the globe.
